PURCHASING AGREEMENT
BUYING:
Payments are accepted in the form of personal check, money order, or PayPal. If you are mailing payment, please
notify me within 24 hours of purchase so that I can expect payment. All payments are due within 7 business days of
completing purchase unless you have specifically asked for an extension. If you do not contact me or pay within 7
days of purchasing, I will assume you are no longer interested and the item will be put back up for sale.

DEPOSITS:
Beginning May 2007, I now require a 25% deposit on all custom orders over $100.00. Deposit is due upon approval of
your custom order and I will not begin work until I have received it. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the
total cost of your order.
PAYMENTS:
I do accept time payments on any furniture. Please let me know right away if you need to arrange a time schedule. I
am very flexible with payments, so please let me know how I can help you. Any and all payments made toward the
total cost of your furniture are non-refundable.
SHIPPING:
I ship using US Priority Mail. Shipping rates will depend on weight of your package from my zip code (97005) to
yours. Generally, packaging will be free if your items fit in a priority mail box. Larger items such as beds, sectionals,
and combined orders will be charged a $2.00 fee to cover the box. I do combine shipping, but not at the expense of the
furniture. If your combined order will not fit in the largest box I use, I will package individually to ensure the safety
of the fragile items. I do not charge a handling fee or hide any fees in the shipping price. You calculate shipping on
the weight of your package, and that's what you pay. Insurance and delivery confirmation are optional, but highly
recommended. I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
I now offer international shipping! Paypal is the only acceptable form of payment at this time for international
buyers. Please be patient while I get your shipping quote.
I try my hardest to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. Personal checks must clear my bank, but all
other forms of payment will generally ship out the same day payment is received. I guarantee shipping within 24
hours of receiving your cleared payment.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
I do not accept returns unless you feel I have severely misrepresented the item you have purchased. I try my best to
give an accurate description of my items and I am very responsive to emails. If you have any questions or need any
additional pictures, please feel free to ask BEFORE purchasing. I will be more than happy to take pictures of any
angle, take exact measurements, or anything else you might need. Please note that this furniture is created with the
mature collector in mind and while most is very sturdy for play, some things will be fragile in little hands. I do not
give any guarantees against breakage. With all that stated, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
